Nanotex™ OilRep™ Technology
Nanotex™ OilRep™ Technology
This extraordinary tissue can trap oil while filtering water. Using Nanotex™ OilRep™ technology, the tissue takes on a super hydrophilic properties.
The oil particles and hydrocarbons are rejected by the filter surface with negative Z potential, while the water is free to pass.

nautical applications and many more.
We also custom design and build filtration systems and batteries to suit the site needs and conditions.
The filtration degree is included between 1 and 5000 micron.
Flow rates up to 1600 m3/h.
We have implemented Nanotex™ technology based on nanotechnologies applied to surfaces.
All our polyester tissues are available in the Nanotex™
The Nanotex™ is composed of two different tissues
• OilRep™ for separating oil from water and hydrocarbons
• No Fouling for separating suspended organic substances
in water
• KillBac™ sterilize the water that passes through the filter
element
VACUUM Technology
Vacuum are the exclusive cleaning system of the filter cartridge installed into AVC and AGT filters.
This is the “suction-scanning” technology, optimized by our research and development department with a new flexibility system of elastic manifolds and a new pad, which allow to have a good contact between the pads and the filtering cartridge, with maximum performance.
This system ensures cleaning faster, minimum discharge of water and a higher cleaning efficiency.

Brushes
Brushes are the cleaning system of the filter cartridge installed into ABR filters.
The BRUSHES system is composed of stiff brushes, integral with a rotating shaft, that remove not-colloidal particles clogged on the filtering screen.
This system is not suitable for water contains soft or colloidal particles.
VACUUM - Brushes Technology
The Vacuum-Brush technology is the patented cleaning system of the filter cartridge installed into ABV and AVB filters.
This new technology, optimized by our research and development department, with double cleaning system:

SPRAY Nozzles
Spray Nozzles are the cleaning system of the filter cartridge installed into AMA filters.
This system is composed of a series of spray nozzles, which allow to create powerful jets of clean water directed on the filter cartridge, removing all clogged particles, even of colloidal type.
